30 years ago when I was in Egypt I was amused by a giant advertising sign on a building
in Cairo.
It was for the drink 7up.
Have a look at the arabic numerals - the thing that looks like a 7 is actually an
arabic 6. I wondered whether Arabs ever think of the drink as 6up, or maybe 8up.
Later, I found the advertisers of 7up played around with their logo and turned it
upside down.
